  1. I got sick towards the end of the first week and when I did my percentage today I had gained. I know a lot of times when we start a exercise/diet routine you can gain at the beginning but does anyone have any suggestions for the second week for me?

    1. Keep a food log with Calories, Carbs, Fats and Protein. Sometimes just seeing it on paper helps you pin point what you need to change. Drink lots of water.
